Water based and environmentally friendly cleaning liquids are supplied by Flexo Wash. These liquids are specially designed for each type of Flexo Wash cleaning unit according to the specific cleaning need and ink type.

Anilox Cleaner (for FW units with all type inks):

1. Must always be heated to approx. 115° - 130°F.
2. Used for deep cleaning of anilox and gravure rolls in FW model units for all solvent, water, and/or UV based inks. Must be mixed 50/50 with water.

High Pressure Cleaner (Heat to 130°F) (For water based ink cleaning and after rinsing w/solvent and UV based inks):

1. Must always be heated to approx. 115° - 130° F. Used for water based inks and after rinse.
2. Used in all PK model parts washers.
3. Used for washing water based inks in our PK model parts washers. Nine (9) parts water to one (1) part High Pressure Cleaner.
4. Used for after rinse in our PK W/R model parts washers with rinse option as a rinse/degreaser for solvent or UV based ink applications. Solvent Deep Cleaner is first used during wash cycle, then High Pressure Cleaner is used (5%-10%) with water as a rinse/degreaser.
5. Used for cleaning flexo plates and flexo plate sleeves in FW model anilox roll units for water based inks only.

Solvent Deep Cleaner (Do Not Heat) (For PK units w/solvent based inks):

1. Used in PK model parts washing units for cleaning solvent based and UV inks.
2. Do not mix with water and do not heat solution.
