The Split-O-Mat series of waste water treatment systems is designed for the treatment of contaminated waste water from press wash-up of water based or UV inks. An economical way of dealing with the important environmental issue of waste water disposal.

Precipitation and flocculation process:

By dosing splitting agent/coagulant aid ENVIFLOC, the water will convert the toxic material through precipitation and flocculation to an encapsulated sludge. The sludge is separated from the treated water by an automatic paper and conveyor belt for further dewatering and easy disposal.
