The app also provides data that allow the operator to plan for service and filter replacement in due time. This reduces the risk of downtime on the unit and increases the efficiency of both cleaning and printing operation.

    How can CleanLink help me to avoid downtime?

    No. The CleanLink can only view data.

    It is not possible to operate or manipulate the unit in any way remotely.

    Our service technicians and software engineers can access can machine data via the web portal and see the same data available. Upon your request, our service team can remotely troubleshoot and clarify any issues efficiently without needing on-site diagnosis.
    How can my machine get connected to CleanLink?

    Gradually during 2023, all new machines will be equipped with CleanLink technology already built-in. If you're unsure whether your cleaning unit is on CleanLink or not, please contact us for clarification.
